Talk Through grief
Talk Through grief was developed in 2020 as a result of people in need of support via telephone during the pandemic. It was inspired by the book entitled, "From Mourning to the Morning."
It is a transformational grief recovery course to help people create a new normal and grow through grief as opposed to being stuck in grief. It began at Indiana University Northwest Center for Urban and Regional Excellence Senior University on May 25, 2020.
The course is available for individuals, families, community groups, corporate groups, leadership teams, ministry groups and school groups.

Write Through grief
Write Through grief was developed in 2017.
